Our refund policy states in any notable case, any money deposited for the order will not be refunded back is the primer design ideas are approved, though a change is requested unless Logo Crave terminates your Agreement for a reason other than your non-performance.
In any reasonable case, you can claim for refund but need to provide a valid reason which is qualified against the design guideline and instructions and customer feedback for revisions. Refund will only be claimed if the design has not matched the client’s briefed requirements, however, we offer free revisions to provide maximum customer satisfaction.
If you have ordered to the multiple web designing companies for similar designing with the intention of claiming a refund, and then you dislike our work, in that case, Logo Crave will not appreciate money back policy. The company reserves the right of refusing the refund request.
Any composed designed from our end have the resemblance with any other design, is only coincidence, the company will not appreciate any claim for compensation in such a case. It is the responsibility of the customer to get their art content copyrighted.
If you cancel the order within few hours of the due date, a charge will be applied. All refunds are subjected to a minimum administration or cancellation fee for both the cases.
